Welcome to the Immunoengineering Laboratory at Vanderbilt!

From cancer, to diabetes, to viral infection, the immune system plays a critical role in nearly every disease, and harnessing the exquisite power and specificity of the immune system offers enormous opportunity to impact human health. Our team works at the interface of engineering and immunology with a mission is to cure, treat, or prevent disease through the design of molecularly engineered materials that can control the immune system in a defined and specific manner. By bringing together expertise in polymer science, medicinal chemistry, nanotechnology, pharmaceutical science, and immunobiology - also fostering cross-disciplinary and translational collaborations - we are innovating technologies to empower a new generation of vaccines and immunotherapeutics.

We are recruiting Graduate Students, Postdoctoral Fellows, and Research Staff
